Exciting times are ahead and we thought we’d help you before panic sets in – what to pack???
First thing to remember… VLADYKA will be there… so… the following dress requirements are compulsory for prayers, lectures, workshops and liturgies. At other times, the clergy ask that you dress modestly and respectfully as this is a spiritual retreat.
Girls – skirts / dresses of knee-length or below, and a headscarf for liturgies
Boys – a decent pair of pants / trousers

- Sheets/Sleeping bag, pillow and pillowcase
- 2 Towels – shower and beach + bathers

As this is a spiritual retreat, we strongly discourage the presence of electronic gadgets for leisure purposes such as iPods, laptops and gaming consoles, as we believe these will hinder your spiritual experience at the retreat.
Items such as cameras and mobile phones may be brought at your own risk, but neither the Syezd Committee, nor Camp Manyung will be held responsible for their possible loss or misplacement.
